												PETG is also named GPET. It is made of a kind of non-crystalline PET resin sourced from cyclohexanediol modification. PETG differs greatly from PET and PCT. PETG is a kind of non-crystalline copolymer resin. As the CHDM in the copolymer increases, the melting point will fall and glass transition temperature will rise, then the crystallinity will lower, finally it will form shapeless copolymer. Usually the content of CHDM contained in the PETG is optimum at 30-40%. It has outstanding optical property (high light transmittance, high smoothness and low aura), and outstanding toughness and impact property, its impact strength is equal to 3-10 times that of modified acrylic copolymer, and excellent forming property, no whiteness and cracks when coldbending good food safety (compliance to FDA), easy for printing and decorating, also used for various thermoforming machining to make various electronic products packing materials. PETG sheets are widely applied in outdoor or indoor labels, sale exhibition, goods shelf in stores, panels of game consoles, panels of vending machine, foodstuff container, furniture, architecture, mechanical baffle and etc.
												
													OUTSTANDING THERMOFORMING PROPERTY: PETG sheet is easy to be used to products that are complicated in appearance and have large stretch ratio. Moreover, PETG sheet is different with PC and Acrylic sheet, this sheet need not to pre-dry prior to thermoforming machining.
TOUGHNESS: Usually PETG sheet is 15 to 20 times tough than general Acrylic, and 5 to 10 times tough than modified Acrylic. PETG sheet has enough bearing ability during machining, transportation and useage and not easy to crack.
WEATHERABILITY: PETG sheet provides excellent weatherability, it can keep the toughness of product to prevent becoming yellow, and it contains UV absorbent which can be pushed to be protection layer to prevent from being affected by UV.
EXCELLENT CHEMICAL RESISTANCE PROPERTY: PETG sheet can with stand various chemicals and general detergents.

												PETG is also named GPET. It is made of a kind of non-crystalline PET resin sourced from cyclohexanediol modification. PETG differs greatly from PET and PCT. PETG is a kind of non-crystalline copolymer resin. As the CHDM in the copolymer increases, the melting point will fall and glass transition temperature will rise, then the crystallinity will lower, finally it will form shapeless copolymer. Usually the content of CHDM contained in the PETG is optimum at 30-40%. It has outstanding optical property (high light transmittance, high smoothness and low aura), and outstanding toughness and impact property, its impact strength is equal to 3-10 times that of modified acrylic copolymer, and excellent forming property, no whiteness and cracks when coldbending good food safety (compliance to FDA), easy for printing and decorating, also used for various thermoforming machining to make various electronic products packing materials. PETG sheets are widely applied in outdoor or indoor labels, sale exhibition, goods shelf in stores, panels of game consoles, panels of vending machine, foodstuff container, furniture, architecture, mechanical baffle and etc.
												
													OUTSTANDING THERMOFORMING PROPERTY: PETG sheet is easy to be used to products that are complicated in appearance and have large stretch ratio. Moreover, PETG sheet is different with PC and Acrylic sheet, this sheet need not to pre-dry prior to thermoforming machining.
TOUGHNESS: Usually PETG sheet is 15 to 20 times tough than general Acrylic, and 5 to 10 times tough than modified Acrylic. PETG sheet has enough bearing ability during machining, transportation and useage and not easy to crack.
WEATHERABILITY: PETG sheet provides excellent weatherability, it can keep the toughness of product to prevent becoming yellow, and it contains UV absorbent which can be pushed to be protection layer to prevent from being affected by UV.
EXCELLENT CHEMICAL RESISTANCE PROPERTY: PETG sheet can with stand various chemicals and general detergents.
